United Way of Reno County in Kansas, Dillon Stores, Kopke, Carey,
Pearce and the Hutchinson Community Foundations have financially
supported the Personal Safety Aareness Program (PSAP) for over a decade. Federal and State allocations
have also supported the program over the last thirteen years.
We have had great success with state, county, and local agencies
supporting the program and have had the opportunity to implement
prevention programs in the local churches in Reno County due to
the success of the program in the schools.

1995, the State and Mental Health Retardation Services recognized
us for having a comprehensive and successful program in Kansas that
has strong measurable outcomes.
Horizons Mental Health Center is an Associate Member of the National Children's Advocacy Center and listed as Horizons Child Advocacy Center.
